1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile application TitanPro (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). By using the App, you fully accept these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services
The App is a fitness tracking application that allows you to create and manage training programs, select exercises from a library or create your own, track and analyze training progress, and share training programs with others.
The App may also provide information on training, recovery, supplements, and related topics. The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Use of the App
Permitted Use: Use of the App is permitted exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Use: Abusive, improper, or commercial use is prohibited.
Compliance: You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable law. The App must not be used for illegal or harmful purposes.
4. Costs, Trial Period, and Subscription
Payment: Use of the App requires a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Trial Period: When you subscribe via the Apple App Store, a free trial period of 7 days begins automatically, provided you are eligible. During the trial period, you may cancel the subscription at any time at no cost.
Renewal: After the trial period ends, a monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel in time. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.
Terms: Prices are determined by the Apple App Store pricing in your country. Subscription cancellations must be made through the Apple App Store and take effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change; changes will be announced in advance in the Apple App Store. The payment and cancellation terms of the Apple App Store apply.
5. Liability, Health Notice, and Warranty
User Responsibility: Use of the App is at your own risk. Users are solely responsible for their training decisions, exercise execution, nutrition, and use of supplements.
Health Disclaimer: The content provided in the App—including training information, recovery tips, supplement information, and content in the “Tips & Knowledge” section—is for informational and educational purposes only. The App does not constitute medical advice and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by doctors or other qualified healthcare professionals.
Consultation: If you have health concerns, pre-existing conditions, or doubts regarding your training, nutrition, or supplement use, you should consult a doctor, nutritionist, or other qualified professional before acting on the content.
Limitation of Liability:
The developer accepts no liability for injuries, health damage, or other consequences arising from use of the App or implementation of the information provided.
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages is excluded, and liability is limited to the applicable subscription price.
Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.
6. Data, Privacy, and Advertising Measurement
Processing of your data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which you can view in the App and at titanproapp.com/legals/privacy/. The Privacy Policy includes in particular information on the optional use of Apple Health (HealthKit), iCloud backup, and measurement of advertising campaigns via Meta (Facebook), including app tracking (ATT) on iOS.
By using the App, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required for certain processing (e.g., app tracking or Apple Health), this is obtained via the respective system dialogs and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App remain with the developer. You receive a simple, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App. Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the App is prohibited. All content, designs, and technologies are protected. Distribution of the App to third parties is not permitted.
8. Changes to These Terms of Service
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service as needed. Changes will be communicated in the App. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription when the changes take effect.
9. Termination
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store.
Suspension: We may suspend the App or your account in the event of violations of these Terms of Service. In the event of serious violations, we reserve the right to suspend access immediately.
Consequences: After cancellation, access to premium features ends. Subscription periods already paid are not refunded except where required by mandatory law.
10. Availability and Updates
We strive to maintain high availability of the App. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Updates are provided automatically through the Apple App Store. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. If the App is discontinued, users will be informed in good time.

Policy: Our support is available for technical questions, and we aim to respond to inquiries promptly. Support is available only to active subscribers.
12. Applicable Law
Jurisdiction: Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Switzerland.
Consumer Rights: Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user’s country of residence apply where applicable.
Exclusion: The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
13. Severability
If individual provisions of these Terms of Service are invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
